We love the neighbours of West Mission (West of Hurd St.) with our Adopt-a-Block, Elementary, and Prayer programs. A ministry of Parkside Church in Mission, BC.

What a first season of loving our Westside neighbours! 17 volunteers gave 21 Saturday mornings to offer help to 750 homes and made over 40 personal connections.

Beat back the thorns, picked up litter, and encouraged a grieving widow. Praise God for the love He gives for us to do this!

The Kings and Queens of blackberries. Weather stayed nice just long enough to push back the thorns. Met some nice people. Picked up litter. Celebrated 750 door hangers distributed with the simple offer of help. Praise God for the love He supplies.

Brought out the big boy toys for some stump removal for a neighbour in need! Celebrated the milestone of 350 homes canvassed with offers of free help. Picked up more litter and visited with some awesome people. Praise God for the love to do this!

We did something today! Overgrown hedges removed. Yard cleaned up. Litter picked up. And offers of help extended to many neighbours.
