Praying for the Hiebert family and for a God honouring celebration of Carol’s life.

On Monday, May 4, 2026, Carol Hiebert (née Friesen), at the age of 82, went home to be with her Saviour. She passed away peacefully and spent her final days surrounded by family.

MENTAL HEALTH in the CHURCH

Join us..with a WLA discount!
We would love to see many men and women from WLA Church join us for this year’s conference. This opportunity is for everyone in the church to better understand Mental Health from a biblical perspective.

What?
Mental health is a topic of ongoing conversation in our world today, but it is a topic that is not always clearly defined. For many Christians, there is often confusion around this area of mental health, which raises questions like:
* What does the Bible teach us about mental health?
* How should Christians think about terms like ‘mental illness’?
* Where does medication fit in the care of struggling Christians?

Let’s participate together in considering these questions and seek the wisdom of God, given to us in the Bible.
