A couple of weeks ago in Sunday school, our kids planted beans as we learned about the Parable of the Sower 🌱

What you see here tells the story:

The beans in good soil (paper towel) have sprouted and are growing strong.
The beans among the rocks and weeds (marbles) struggled to grow.
And the beans on the path (empty cup) didn’t grow at all.

It’s a simple but powerful picture of how God’s Word grows in our hearts when it takes root.

We had a great time learning, planting, and now seeing the results come to life!

What an incredible 10th anniversary ball hockey season! 🏒
We’re so blessed to be able to run a program like this—thankful for our amazing volunteers and all the players who made this year so special.

A highlight was having Herbie Kuhn (voice of the Toronto Raptors) join us for our finale and share an encouraging message.
Already looking forward to next season!

What a great weekend with our kids!

On Saturday, we wrapped up our final ball hockey practice with some skills, drills, and a fun game of mini stick scooter hockey. We also talked about commitment and giving our best in everything we do (Colossians 3:23).

On Sunday, our kids had a great time planting seeds and making Tootsie Pop flowers while learning about Jesus’ Parable of the Sower.

Grateful for these moments of learning, laughter, and growing together 🌱
