MEDITATION OF THE WEEK
The least we can do in response to God's goodness is to say thank you. It is a sign of acknowledging God as the source of our blessings. God is asking where the people who have been blessed are that they can't return to give thanks to God the source of their blessings. While it is important to thank people who have helped us, we should never forget to thank God without whom we wouldn't have received good things. We thank God for all of you our Grace United Church family. Happy Thanksgiving and have a thankful week.

Homework club starts tomorrow!! ✏️

GUC Homework Club is back for the fall! Students can work one-on-one with a tutor on a subject of their choice in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Whether it’s catching up, getting some extra practice, or simply having a little help staying on track, we’re here to help. ❤️

As we enter Thanksgiving Sunday, this week's scripture reminds us to pause and notice the good around us — to bring our worries to God in prayer, to give thanks, and to make room for peace.

Join us Thursdays from 1:00–2:00 PM at Grace United Church for our Outreach Pantry and free community coffee.

Whether you’re stopping by for a cup of coffee, connecting with others, or accessing the Outreach Pantry, all are welcome. ❤️

OUTREACH PANTRY ❤️

Our Outreach Pantry continues to serve members of our community, and we are so grateful for the generosity we receive.

We are currently accepting:
🥫 In-kind food donations
🎁 Gift cards
💰 Monetary gifts - to help purchase needed food items

We are also looking for volunteers to help with the Outreach Pantry. If you can give 1.5 hours on a Thursday, please let us know — we would love to have you join us!

LLOYDMINSTER & VERMILION FOR EQUITY

Our Outreach Pantry is also collecting needed items for Lloydminster & Vermilion for Equity, which supports people experiencing homelessness in our community.

Items currently needed include:
🛏️ Blankets
🛌 Sleeping bags
🧥 Coats
🥾 Boots
🧦 Warm socks

Donations can be left in the **Outreach Pantry area** at Grace United Church.
