From the earliest Christian records, we know that following Jesus is an invitation to turn from one way of life to a new direction. For that reason, the Bible is filled with stories of transformation and we believe these stories capture the hopes and dreams of the180 Church.

The warehouse was given a good cleaning this past Saturday!

Thank you to all those who came out and worked so hard cleaning chairs, toys, floors and windows. It was fun to share this work together.

We were reminded of all the different areas at the warehouse that are used on Sundays and through the week and we are grateful that this is a place we can invite friends, family and neighbours to over the summer.

A new teaching series begins this Sunday!

Beginning tomorrow and for the next few weeks, we will be hearing from friends of the180 who lead in different contexts, and know and love the180.

Join us as we dive deeper into Biblical passages and learn from different voices and fresh perspectives. Together, we’ll reflect on what it means to participate in God's work as He stir our hearts to the new things He’s calling us to at the180.

Jesus doesn’t simply invite us to try harder or carry more. He invites us to come close to Him. To learn from Him. To find a different kind of rest that reaches deeper than our schedules or circumstances.

We are so proud of the 20 couples who took the time in their busy lives to invest in their marriages over the last seven weeks. Please pray for these couples as the continue to use the practical tools they learned to grow in their relationship together.

But Jesus invites us to build something deeper. A life rooted in truth, shaped through growing in Jesus and strengthened over time, even when the process feels slow or difficult.

Storms have a way of revealing what we’ve truly built our lives on. Not to shame us, but to invite us into something stronger.

We are glad to be partnering with Héma-Québec to run a blood drive at the180 warehouse on Saturday June 6 from 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM.

Blood donations are needed every single day across Québec - A single donation can help multiple people, including those undergoing cancer treatment, surgery and emergency care.

Giving blood is a meaningful and practical way we can love our neighbour, so consider setting aside some time to give. We need a minimum of 50 people to reserve their spots!

Sometimes we only see the confusion, the waiting or the disappointment in front of us. But this verse reminds us that God’s work is often bigger than what we can currently understand.

Even in seasons that feel uncertain, God is still present, still moving and still able to bring good out of what feels unfinished.

A reminder that due to Espoir Laval bike races that will take place in our neighbourhood, we will gather at the warehouse to worship, this Saturday May 23 at 6 PM and 8 PM instead of Sunday. Remind family & friends!

In busy seasons, prayer can slowly become something we only turn to when things fall apart. A last resort. An emergency line.

But Jesus invites us into something deeper. A daily relationship with God that shapes the way we think, live and see the world around us.

Prayer isn’t only about asking God to change our circumstances, it’s also about allowing Him to change us.
