From the earliest Christian records, we know that following Jesus is an invitation to turn from one way of life to a new direction. For that reason, the Bible is filled with stories of transformation and we believe these stories capture the hopes and dreams of the180 Church.

Snapshots from Sunday.

This past Sunday we gathered to worship and we celebrated those who took next steps in their faith by getting baptized.

We continued in our Daniel series and were reminded that we don't only need God's strength in the fire, but we must ask for his strength and wisdom to resist idols that we have created.

Our hearts are heavy as we learn of the devastating fire at Canadian Forces Base Wainwright that has claimed the lives of four Canadian Armed Forces members and left many others injured.

Today, we pause to pray.

God, bring comfort where there is grief, strength where there is exhaustion, and peace where there is fear. May Your presence be felt in the lives of every person affected by this tragedy. Amen.

Thinking about dedicating your child?

Parent & Child Dedication is a special moment when the church comes alongside parents and their children as they make a commitment to God to raise their children in the faith.

If you are interested in having your child dedicated, you can still sign up for this Saturday's mandatory class (Saturday Oct 17). The next Parent & Child dedication will be on Sunday November 1.

This past Sunday we gathered to give thanks and celebrate God's goodness and provision in our lives and community. We also shared communion together.

We continued in the book of Daniel and considered how God is inviting us, like he invited Daniel, to influence and engage with our world in a surprising way.

Fall Fest is one of our biggest events of the year and an opportunity to be generous to our community. We can't wait to invite friends and neighbours to a fun morning of games, activities and treats at the warehouse!

Snapshots from Sunday!

This past Sunday we gathered to worship, celebrated Alpha, began a new theme in Kids Zone, and began a new teaching series.

This new series on Daniel will challenge us to live differently without withdrawing, compromising, or becoming defined by the world around us. Our prayer is that God will stir a deep hunger in us to be set apart, not for difference's sake, but to be faithful to God's purpose.
