🌾 The Harvest Is Still Plentiful
📖 Scripture: Matthew 9:35–10:8

Jesus looked upon the crowds with compassion—people weary, scattered, and in need of hope. He reminded His disciples that “the harvest is plentiful, but the labourers are few,” and then sent them out to share God’s love and care with the world.

This week’s message reflects on Christ’s call to see our community through His eyes, and how God continues to invite ordinary people into His work today. The harvest is still plentiful, and the good news of God’s kingdom is still needed in our world.

Join us as we worship, pray, and explore what it means to answer Christ’s call in our own time and place.

This week's scripture 📞 May 31st 2026:
The Great Commission
16 Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain where Jesus had told them to go. 17 When they saw him, they worshiped him; but some doubted. 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Join us this Sunday as we gather for worship and reflect on the message "When Mercy Breaks In" from Matthew 9:9–13, 18–26.

Through the calling of Matthew and the stories of healing and restoration, we see that God's mercy reaches people exactly where they are. Jesus welcomes the overlooked, restores the broken, and offers hope to all who come to Him in faith.

Where might God's mercy be breaking into your life today?

We would love to worship with you, whether in person or through our livestream.

This week's scripture đźš® May 17th 2026:
6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. 7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

8 Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. 9 Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings.

10 And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. 11 To him be the power for ever and ever. Amen.

🌿 Sent by the Triune God 🌿

This Sunday, May 31, we gather around Gospel of Matthew 28:16–20, where Jesus calls His disciples to go into the world, make disciples, and live out the good news of the Gospel.

In this passage, we are reminded that we are not sent alone. The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit go with us, shaping, guiding, and sustaining us as we live out our faith in everyday life.

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…”
— Matthew 28:19

Whether you are new to church, returning, or have been part of the journey for years, you are warmly invited to join us for worship, Scripture, prayer, and community this Sunday.

We look forward to welcoming you.

A new step forward for our church!

We’re excited to share that solar panels have now been installed on the roof of our church building. This is a meaningful step toward caring for God’s creation and stewarding our resources wisely as we look to the future.

Creation care is part of our calling, and we give thanks for this opportunity to reduce our environmental impact while continuing to serve our community.

Join us this Sunday as we worship together and reflect on John 7:37–39, “Streams of Living Water.”

Jesus invites all who are thirsty to come to Him and receive the life, renewal, and hope that only He can give. In a world that often feels dry and overwhelming, we are reminded that God meets us with His presence and pours out His Spirit to refresh and restore our hearts.

Whether you are joining us in person or online, you are welcome here. Come and be encouraged in worship, prayer, and scripture as we open our lives to Christ, the source of living water.

We look forward to worshipping with you.

Healing and Reconciliation Sunday May 24

Healing and Reconciliation Sunday is a day set apart in the life of the church to recognize the need for healing and relationship-building between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Canada.

Established by the 2006 General Assembly of The Presbyterian Church in Canada, this day acknowledges the church’s complicity in colonial racism, including its involvement in the residential school system. We also recognize the ongoing intergenerational trauma this history continues to cause.

As a church, we are called to the ongoing work of truth, healing, and reconciliation—through prayer, learning, and meaningful relationship-building.

On Ascension Day, we remember the moment Christ was taken into heaven, blessing his disciples as he went.

Before he ascended, Jesus said to them:
“Do not leave Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father… You will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses…” Acts 1:4, 8

And as he was lifted up, he blessed them.

In this moment of departure, Jesus leaves his followers not with absence, but with promise—of the Holy Spirit, of power, and of a calling to carry his love into the world.

Today we give thanks that Christ reigns in glory, and that we are never alone.
