Study season is upon us! Are you studying effectively?
Here are a few helpful tips to study well:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Take *reasonable* BREAKS! Go for a walk, get some air or even go to the bathroom for once.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. VARIETY: try different ways of studying - alone, with a friend or with a study group!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Stay HYDRATED - water is SO important to our health! (yes coffee is important, but water is essential and provides more benefits!)

- Schedule a study date via Zoom or Facetime with a friend or two
- Create flashcards (online or physical) for studying and test yourself or each other
- Need accountability for studying? Get someone to check in on you during your study hours to help you focus!

As we move on to a school year unlike ever before, let's take a moment to ask the hard questions - What do we envision? What do we hope to see this year come to fruition? In what ways can we grow deeper in our relationships?
