Starting on September 24 from 5:00pm to 6:45pm, AOK will host the Fall 2024 session of the "Boundaries" support group for single moms. This will be an 11-week series with meetings taking place every Tuesday at Church in the Valley in the Acts of Kindness Centre. Moms will enter on a journey of personal growth and gain tools for better decision-making within relationships. Free childcare and supper will be provided, as well as the book "Boundaries" by Henry Cloud and John Townsend.

When: Oct 29, 2:30-5:30pm, registration deadline is Oct 15 (please show up 15min early)
Where: AOK Centre, Church in the Valley, 23589 Old Yale Rd, Langley
COST: Free, but there is a $5 refundable DEPOSIT. $5 will be refunded, on the same card used for payment, for those who show up or who cancel minimum 48hrs ahead of time. "No show, now call" will not be refunded.
