CLA Kids is a ministry to family life. We seek to reach the hearts of children by caring for the whole family.

It is our goal through child centred programming to encourage children to grow in body, soul, mind and spirit, so they can know God fully.

✨ DID YOU KNOW? ✨

that 63% of adults surveyed, accepted Jesus as Saviour between the ages of 4 and 14?

When did you accept Jesus as your saviour?

Did you know that globally 82% of children receive little to no spiritual instruction? CLA Kids wants to change that statistic.

CLA Kids wants every child to know Jesus personally and be vibrant members of the body of Christ.

This past summer, over 200 children said yes to Jesus. This meant they were presented with an opportunity and made a decision. Will they have more opportunities to say Yes to Jesus in their life time? Absolutely. But every 'yes' furthers the conversation and moves them further on in their journey. Please pray for CLA Kids to know Jesus!

This Thursday we are thankful for Ella Perry!

Ella is one of our Grade 9 Rev students! It's so special to see her go from being a kid in our Kids Ministry to now serving and investing in the next generation. Ella comes to Rev to be poured into and then willingly gives her time on Sundays to pour into the younger kids! It has been so beautiful to see her continue growing in her own faith while also helping others grow in theirs!

Thank you Ella for serving our kids on Sundays! It's such a blessing to see you show up, invest in the kids, and help them learn more about Jesus and experience His love. Never underestimate the impact you are making, even in the little moments! We’re so grateful to have you serving with us!

We are thankful for YOU CLA Kids. You make our lives brighter with your smiles, your laughter and your love for Jesus.

We pray that this Thanksgiving your bellies are full, but more so we pray that "...Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong.
And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is.
May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God." - Ephesian 3:17-19

This Thanksgiving Sunday is Family Sunday at our Langley, Maple Ridge and Abbotsford campuses.

All children in Kindergarten to grade 5 will join their parents in the main service.
Preschool spaces will remain open for ages 2 - 4.
The Nursery, parent supervised space and mothers rooms will remain open.

We look forward to worshipping the Lord together with you this Sunday! 🙌

Over 250 volunteers serve across all four CLA campuses every month!

These numbers may change from month to month, but one thing stays the same: Kids Church happens because people show up and say yes to serving.
At our Langley Campus alone, we need 60 volunteers every Sunday to support CLA Kids across all our ministry spaces.
Each volunteer brings their own unique gifts and personality. Through loving, encouraging, teaching, and praying, they help each child feel seen, valued, and loved.
We’re so thankful for every person who gives their time to help create a place where every child can know the love of Jesus.
To all our CLA Kids volunteers — THANK YOU!

This Thursday we are thankful for the Schulz family!

They have been such a faithful and dependable part of our Kids Ministry! Shauna, Savannah, Isaiah and Levi who have been serving since our Abbotsford campus was planted.

Thank you for continually saying “yes” to serving and for showing up with willing hearts and for pouring into our kids week after week. Your consistency, kindness and love do not go unnoticed! We’re so grateful for the way you serve not just as individuals but together as a family. What an incredible example you are to our kids of what it looks like to love Jesus and serve others.
We are SO thankful for your family and everything you bring to our Kids Ministry! You are all a true blessing to our church family!

This week, CLA Kids is praying for all of the students heading back to school, including our very own Kids staff member, Cailyn!

Like Cailyn, many of our CLA kids are going back to school this week. And for some of our preschoolers, they'll be going to school for the first time! Join us in praying for them. Pray that students would know that God is always with them and that they would experience His peace as they begin a new school year.

This coming Sunday September 6th is family Sunday at our Langley campus!

All children in Kindergarten to Grade 5 will join their parents in the main service for both services. Nursery and preschool spaces (age 2 and 4) will remain open.

It is a joy to worship together, - see you on Sunday! 🙌

This Thursday we are thankful for Nicole Molnar.

22 years ago, Nicole began serving with CLA kids at the Maple Ridge campus. In the summer of 2010 she transitioned to the Langley campus when she accepted a part time role coordinating the elementary spaces on Sunday mornings. Through the years Nicole has since changed roles but has remained an integral part of CLA Kids.

When we asked Nicole what she has loved most about CLA Kids, and what has kept her serving for so many years she said "It is such a joy to see the kids grow in their faith. I've had the privilege of watching many of them grow into amazing adults…Years later when I see them following whole heartedly after God, it brings so much joy and I celebrate that along the way of God's amazing journey for them, God chose me to play a small role."

Nicole will be moving in September and will be leaving CLA Kids. After years of service and great impact we want to thank you Nicole for all that you have brought to this ministry. Thank you for showing up with the heart of God every Sunday morning and every Kids camp. You have served CLA faithfully and we cannot wait to see what God continues to do through you in this next chapter. We love you Nicole!

This Thursday, we're thankful for Christel Morgenrood!

Christel has been serving in the nursery with CLA Kids since 2021! That means she's been serving with us for five years! That's roughly 260 Sundays spent caring for our babies and walkers!

Christel is a consistent, generous, and joyful volunteer. She genuinely looks forward to her Sundays in the nursery. Christel is a great communicator. She always makes sure to block out Sundays when she is away or unable to serve. Even more so, she is always willing to step up and serve on another Sunday.

Christel is welcoming, kind, and encouraging. Her enthusiasm for serving and caring for all the children in the nursery makes her an absolute joy to serve alongside. Christel, we're so thankful for your commitment to CLA Kids. You're a blessing to all our littles in the nursery.
