Forest Hill welcomes people at all points in their spiritual journey, and we hope to travel part of the way together with you. Our worship services are held every Sunday at 10 a.m., conducted by Rev. Our Sunday services are casual, energetic, and inspiring. We blend the relevant spiritual issues of the day with reflections rooted in the scriptures. This fall, Forest Hill United is partnering with Hospice Waterloo Region for Care with Confidence — a free 3-part series to help you feel ready to support the people you love.

I’ve been using this simple little app to pause and notice the moments that matter — the conversations, the progress, the connections. I love how easy it is to make it my own … no pressure, no perfection, just awareness.

Gratitude doesn’t have to be big to be meaningful. Sometimes it’s just a cup of coffee, a good chat, or a moment to breathe and notice. 🙏🏽

Gratitude doesn’t have to wait for the perfect moment.

This morning, Rev. Gary reminded us how powerful it is to simply notice what’s already here—the quiet beauty, the small kindnesses, the everyday moments we often rush past.

So today feels like a good day to begin. Not perfectly. Just intentionally.

Maybe it’s the sunlight through the window.
A familiar voice.
A moment of peace you didn’t expect.

Beauty is everywhere … we just have to look.
