Oh, give thanks to the LORD … Remember the wondrous works that He has done ...” Psalm 105: 1-5

“It is good to give thanks to the Lord, to sing praises to your name, O Most High; to declare your steadfast love in the morning, and your faithfulness by night, to the music of the lute and the harp, to the melody of the lyre. For you, O Lord, have made me glad by your work; at the works of your hands I sing for joy.” (Psalm 92: 1-4)

As we approach this Thanksgiving weekend, we indeed have so much to be thankful for. We invite you to join us as we gather together to lift our voices in song and prayer before the Lord, and as we learn from the Scriptures.

Our worship services are at 9:00am and 11:00am. We would love the opportunity to welcome you.

This group meets the last Wednesday of the month from 1:00pm - 2:30pm and is for anyone who is the primary support of a loved one.

It is a difficult task to glorify God through loving and caring for someone who you see slowly fading away. This group aims to support and encourage those who are primary caregivers to loved ones suffering from dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease. Led by a biblical counsellor, group members will be given helpful information as well as have time for sharing and prayer.

The next meeting is Wednesday, September 30.

If you would like some support as you care for a loved one, please contact [email protected].

Do you want to grow in your relationship with Jesus? Are you looking to connect with others to develop authentic Christian relationships? Do you want to serve God with others? Then you want to sign up to be in a Grandview LifeGroup!

LifeGroups is a Grandview-wide ministry open to all adults, available at various times and locations across the greater KW area. Some are online, but most are in-person groups. Some of our LifeGroups have a specific focus, such as missional communities, young adults, mature adults and women, but most are intergenerational. Most are sermon-based and follow the curriculum from our Sunday morning teaching.

We would love to get you connected! If you have any questions, please contact Wendy Saulesleja [email protected], or visit https://www.grandviewchurch.ca/lifegroups
