Tonight is the night for our 4th Strategic Planning Meeting with Pastor Val!! Everyone is invited to attend.

Tonight we'll be looking deeper into the ideas that have already been presented and how we can plan to execute and expand upon them.

We will also be navigating what our next steps will be and how we can continue to apply our values to our vision!

📖 Daily Bible Readings for the last full week of June!! Can you believe we roll into July next week?? 🍁

Monday: John 8:12. Who is the light of the World? What happens to those who follow Jesus?

Tuesday: Luke 8:16. Where should we place a lit lamp? Why?

Wednesday: 1 Peter 2:11-12. Is this world our home? How should we live as citizens of heaven? What benefit is honorable conduct when we are falsely accused?

Thursday: John 15:7-8. Why will God give us what we ask when we faithfully follow Jesus? How is God glorified?

Friday: James 2:5-10. How should we treat the poor? What does God give to the poor in Spirit? How does God understand showing partiality to others?

Saturday: 1 John 3:10-15. What has always been a command in the Church? If we hate our brother we are a what? Can a believer hate his or her brother or sister?

🫂 Thank you to everyone who joined us for our BBQ today!!! As always, a fantastic turn out and as Baptist's we can sure put back some hotdogs!! 🌭 ;)

Join us tomorrow for our Father's Day Worship Service followed by our annual Church Family BBQ, everything starting at 10:30AM.

Weather permitting the BBQ will be set up out around the Armstrong Memorial Garden! Don't forget your sun hat!! 👒🧢🤞

And remember, if your able please come in the Front Doors of the church! (Please don't force your limitations though.)

My apologies there is NO BIBLE STUDY TODAY!!!

It's Wednesday and the middle of the month which = a big day at KBC.

🔗 At 10AM our church council meets.

⛪️ At 6:30PM everyone is encouraged to join Pastor Val for our 3rd Strategic Planning Meeting. Last week we determined some gaps in the work we had already done, so we'll be reassessing those topics as well as continuing forward with sharing ideas/visions and planing for the now, the near future and our long term.

Grab your Bible and get closer to God this week.

Monday: Deuteronomy 6:4-8. Who should we love the most? How important are fathers in their children’s spiritual learning?

Tuesday: Proverbs 22:5-6. What is the danger for those who do not walk the right path? What is the best method to help children walk the right path?

Wednesday: Proverbs 13:24. How is discipline an expression of parental love?

Thursday: Psalm 103:11-14. How great is God’s mercy? Why is the love of God compared to the love of a father?

Friday: Ephesians 6:4. How can a father provoke their child to wrath? Why is this so wrong?

Saturday: 1 Timothy 5:8. A father who will not provide for his family is to be considered worse than what?

Join is tomorrow morning at 10:30AM for our Worship Service!

📚 🖍 Kidz Zone is set up and has been well enjoyed by several children over the past few weeks. Our Kidz Zone is designed to be self serving with you and your children able to come and go quietly to one another if needed.

We also have nursery services available for younger children. 👶

Have you visited the Armstrong Memorial Garden lately?? Everything is starting to pop with color and it's so beautiful. 🥰

The Garden and trail is open to the public and we encourage everyone in and around the Village of Kingston, NS to pop in and visit.

Grab your favorite iced beverage from our neighbors at the Green Elephant Café and come enjoy!!! 🧋
