Retirement Picnic for Fr John Hibbard

PLEASE SIGN UP FOR THE PARISH POTLUCK PICNIC, 27 SEPTEMBER

Come celebrate Father John Hibbard! Sign up for the parish potluck picnic that will take place in and around the Mary Campeau Memorial Hall (1111 Taylor Kidd Blvd) on Sunday, September 27th, immediately after the 11 am Mass. Use the single signup sheet to attend, bring picnic food, and volunteer to assist with the event.

Please sign up now online using the following link:
https://shorturl.at/jWFQB or by filling out a paper form in the gathering space before or after Sunday Masses (including the 5 pm Vigil Mass) where volunteers will be available to answer your questions.

On 27 September, if you are attending 11 am Mass, please drop off your food in the parish hall beginning at 10:30 am. If you are not attending 11 am Mass, plan to arrive with your food any time after 11:30 am. Please note the guidelines for bringing food on the signup form. Grace will be said at 12:15 pm.

To reduce dishwashing, please bring your own plate and cutlery, and take them home to wash after the picnic. Beverage cups and dessert plates will be provided. Please bring a container for leftovers.

St. Paul the Apostle Children’s Choir is looking for choir members ages 7+: The Children's Choir sings at the 9 am Sunday mass once a month (usually the last Sunday), beginning in October.

Practices are the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 6-6:30 pm in the Church. Edge Youth Ministry for Grades 5-8 will be immediately following.

A parent or guardian is asked to accompany their children to practice if they aren't staying for EDGE. Any children interested must be registered. New members are always welcome.
