Our topic today is one that can be very challenging in our current culture and context, at least in Canada. When it comes to sharing our faith, there are two extremes, one being that we can come across as pushy, more like a sales pitch and on the other extreme we can seem uninterested. So where is the balance? Today we’re going to look at a story from the book of Acts of how one man shared his faith with another. What is love? What does love look like? These are some of the questions we will seek to answer today. If we want to make a difference in our world, we need understand how to love. The difference you make will be determined by how much you love. How much you love is determined by how much you do. Therefore, love is something you do. Love is not a feeling. It’s an action. It’s something you do. Join us as we explore the true meaning of love.

The world’s not interested in hearing intellectual arguments about Christianity, they want to see it in action, being lived out in peoples lives day in and day out. I do hope so, because as a follower of Jesus we are actually commissioned by Him to go into our world and make a difference in His name. Today I’m going to preach on all of the Ten Commandments in one message! It’s funny how people react to the Ten Commandments. Some people are put-off by them. They think the Ten Commandments stand for all that is negative about religion. I would suggest that The Ten Commandments are much more than a list of do’s and don’ts. They are God’s Guide to the Good Life.
