What if your fear isn’t actually holding you back?

What if it’s been trying to protect you? 🛡️

This completely changed the way I understand fear and anxiety.

When something hurts us, we don’t just remember what happened. We make meaning from it.

Someone leaves and we decide, “People I love will leave.”

We’re criticized and decide, “It’s safer not to speak.”

We’re rejected and somewhere inside, “I’m not enough” begins to feel like the truth.
