Which number hit you the hardest? 👇

Sometimes the signs that we're ready to change an old karmic pattern look surprisingly ordinary.

That familiar relationship dynamic.
The guilt that shows up when you finally say no.
The exhaustion of being the person everyone expects you to be.

And sometimes it's something a little stranger, like déjà vu or a phrase that keeps catching your attention.

Now, I'm not saying every coincidence or uncomfortable feeling is a message from your soul.

But I do believe these experiences can give us an opportunity to stop and ask:

**"Is there an old pattern here that I'm finally ready to do something differently with?"**

Because in my experience with the Akashic Records, karma isn't about punishment.

It's about recognizing what we've been repeating and discovering that we have choices.

What if karma isn't keeping score? 🤔

What if those repeating patterns in your life aren't punishments, but opportunities to see something you couldn't see before?

I think we've made karma far more frightening than it needs to be.

In my work with the Akashic Records, I don't approach karma as a cosmic debt that needs to be paid.

I see it more like a lesson that keeps showing up in different forms, giving us another opportunity to respond differently.

And sometimes, the biggest shift happens when we stop asking, "What did I do to deserve this?"

And start asking, "What can I understand about myself here?"

You're not being punished. You're being invited. 💕

What if your fear isn’t actually holding you back?

What if it’s been trying to protect you? 🛡️

This completely changed the way I understand fear and anxiety.

When something hurts us, we don’t just remember what happened. We make meaning from it.

Someone leaves and we decide, “People I love will leave.”

We’re criticized and decide, “It’s safer not to speak.”
