When our social media girl makes our pastor into a meme…
Might have gotten a little carried away 👀🤭

PASTOR GERRY HAS SPOKEN, so we listen…
“put that thing away,” we don’t ask questions. 😂

Phones? Put that thing away.Netflix? Put that thing away.Junk food? Put that thing away.

Then it got a little too relatable.

Anxiety.Overthinking.Fear.Doubt.

If you've ever struggled with stress, worry, fear of the future, or feeling stuck in your own thoughts, this one might hit home.

Send this to someone who needs to laugh with us 🤭

Have you noticed how quickly time seems to pass?
A Friday disappears.
A month disappears.
Then suddenly another year is almost gone.

Time is the one thing we can never get back.

That's why it's worth asking a deeper question:
What are we building our lives on while time keeps moving forward?

Have you ever watched someone walk through tragedy and wondered how they kept going?
One of the biggest differences is often perspective.
Not ignoring the pain.
Not pretending everything is okay.
But choosing to notice the things that remain even in the middle of loss.
What helped you most during a difficult season in your life?

Pastor tries viral trend and raises a serious question:
When did sitting all day become normal?
Many of us struggle with low energy, poor physical health, burnout, stress, and mental health challenges while spending most of our lives sitting, scrolling, and staring at screens.
Maybe it's time to move again.

One of the biggest mistakes we make is waiting until life falls apart before we start caring for our wellbeing.

We wait until we're overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or hurting.

But resilience isn't built in the middle of a crisis.
It's built through the small habits, relationships, and rhythms we practice every day.

➡️ What's one habit that helps you stay grounded when life gets hard?

One of the hardest things in life is praising God when nothing around you makes sense.
Not when the prayers are answered.
Not when life feels easy.
But in the middle of grief, pain, confusion, and exhaustion.
Sometimes the deepest kind of faith is simply saying:
“God, I don’t understand this… but I still choose You.”
Have you ever gone through a season like that?

A lot of people are waiting for life to change while ignoring the quiet things they already know they need to do.
Pray more.
Slow down.
Heal.
Forgive.
Start again.
Let go of what’s destroying your peace.
God gives us free will.
The question is whether we’ll actually listen when He nudges us toward something better.
What’s one thing you feel called to work on right now?
