Exciting news, Hills of Peace family! 🎉
We are absolutely thrilled to officially introduce our new pastor, Pastor John Boyd! 🌟
John comes to us with 12 years of experience in the ELCIC and a heart for community. From the West Coast of BC to Saskatoon and beyond, he’s traveled far and wide, but we are so glad his journey led him right here to us.
A few fun facts about Pastor John:
🎓 He’s a graduate of the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Saskatoon.
📚 He’s a bit of a scholar—ask him about early Christian theology or Indigenous Christian History!
👣 He’s lived all over North America, soaking up wisdom from many different traditions.
Whether he’s preaching a powerful sermon, teaching a class, or sharing the Eucharist, John finds his greatest joy in serving others.
