Adoration/Exposition of Blessed Sacrament/Confessions and Mass to follow on Tuesdays, 5 pm at Stella Maris Church and continuing each Tuesday for the summer. Confessions will also be available after Expositions on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 11:30 -11:45.
Prayer Line - Please Note: Calls to the Prayer Line are to be made to Bernice O’Connor 258-2808 between 10 am - 6 pm. Otherwise please leave a message with your request and it will be passed along to the group.
Family Mass will be celebrated on Sunday, July 12th at 11 am Mass in Stella Maris Church. Reception to follow in the vestry.
Bible Study is cancelled until further notice while Fr. Daniel has time to rest and recover.
Holy Communion will be taken to the sick and shut-ins on second Thursday of the month. If you wish to receive Holy Communion please contact the Parish Office with your name, phone number, and civic address. If no one is in the office, please leave a message with your information.
St. Margaret’s Sunday Rosary is prayed on Sundays at 9am before Mass. All are welcome.
Stella Maris Rosary for Peace will be prayed for before the Mass on Saturdays, 4 pm and on Sundays, 10am. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Stella Maris Parish – Volunteers are needed to assist with preparation for the Masses. If you are willing to help please call Stella Maris Parish Office 258-2462.
Altar Servers – Stella Maris Parish & St. Margaret’s Parish Youth who have received their First Communion are eligible to assist the Priest/Deacon during the Holy Mass. If interested in volunteering for this ministry please contact Stella Maris Parish at 258-2462.
St. Margaret’s Finance Committee meeting on Tuesday, June 23rd, 6:30 pm in the vestry.
St. Margaret of Scotland Finance Committee would like to welcome our new board members Erin Gillis and Kevin Dugas whose terms begin in September, 2026. We thank them for volunteering to sit on the committee and look forward to them joining us.
Stella Maris Fundraising Committee seeks help as we six are getting tired & could use a helping hand on the committee. We'll have less events to fundraise for but need a steady flow of income headed by a fundraising Committee. St. Margaret’s Groundskeeper Position: 10 weeks/35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for general groundskeeping and preparing for the Broad Cove Concert. Duties include mowing grass, painting, erecting signs, minor repairs, cleaning and general set up for concert. Post concert employee
