Your skin isn’t the only thing that needs sunshine this summer.

Your soul does too.

We make time to get outside.
To rest.
To enjoy the longer days.

But when was the last time you let God’s Word bring light to your heart?

“Your word is a lamp for my feet and a light on my path.”
Psalm 119:105

The Bible isn’t just a book we read.

It’s how God reminds us who He is, who we are, and where He’s leading us.

This week, step outside.

Leave your phone inside for a few minutes.

Bring your Bible.

Find a quiet spot.

Read one chapter.

Sit with one verse.

Sometimes one word from God is enough to change the direction of your whole day.

What would change if you spent five quiet minutes with God today?

Pause. Reflect. Rest in His presence. 🌿
