MBC’s mission is to grow resilient, biblically rooted families to the glory of God. We provide experiences where guests are renewed in their faith journey with Jesus Christ, connected to others in meaningful relationship and equipped to be the hands and feet of God in their communities. MBC Summer | We are a resort facility that runs a biblically-based summer conference program with something for

everyone. Bring your family and stay in one of our resort rooms, cottages, or campground sites. Your kids will make life-long friends while drawing near to God in our kids & youth ministry programs. And you will be encouraged and your faith strengthened through our chapel ministry. We have different bible teachers that share challenging and
encouraging lessons with us each and every week. Have some real family together time at MBC — at the beach, canoeing, campfires, hikes and a host of other great activities.

2. MBC Retreats | We offer year-round retreat experiences for all ages and demographics that are life changing! Some of our MBC retreats include Family Fusion Escape, Women’s Getaway, Autumn Getaway, Men’s Breakaway, Marriage Getaway, Young Adults Retreat, and Couples Getaway.

3. Group Rentals | You can’t ask for a better location to help your group relax, rejuvenate and connect than at our beautiful lakeside conference centre in the heart of Muskoka. Our group rentals coordinator will work with you to incorporate all of your group’s needs. Let us take care of the details – and make this the best group experience ever!

What happens when someone spends their career at the intersection of science, teaching, and some of the biggest questions about how life began?

J. Robichaud has built exactly that kind of journey.

He trained in biochemistry (University of Moncton) and organic chemistry (Laval University), then worked for 12 years as a medicinal chemist. During that time, he contributed to 30+ scientific publications and patents and presented at multiple scientific conferences.

He later moved into education and has now spent 15 years teaching chemistry and biochemistry. Today, he serves as Chair of the Chemistry Department at Champlain College.
