❤️ All Welcome! Mary’s, located about five kilometres apart and both established almost 150 years ago. Both are situated on beautiful grounds within Hudson, with landscaped adjacent cemeteries. The integration of these two churches within the community is an important part of who we are as a Parish. Hudson has a special character that goes well beyond its location on the Ottawa River and Lake of Two Mountains, its natural beauty and the abundant recreational resources. Our church congregations are fully contributing to a strong sense of community both within the church and within the wider region that includes Saint Lazare, Vaudreuil and Rigaud. Our Mission statement reflects our desire as a Parish to grow in worship and in its service to others. Altogether, our Parish is active, very engaged with the wider community, and has a strong spirit of volunteerism and neighbourly concern. Worship provides the focus for our coming together; but a sense of shared commitment to community supports the spiritual lives and social networks that are so important to us all.

Entertainment starts at 6:30 pm with live music from bluegrass band The Ditchflowers. The evning begins with the delightful Kilmartin Irish Dancers.

This night just keeps getting better. Stuart LeBaron has planned a mouthwatering menu for us and The Irish Dancers will start the entertainment off accompanied by the Ditchflowers. No doubt we will all join them on the dance floor by the end of the night.

Remembrance of St. James': Sale of Church Artifacts
Sunday, September 13th from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm

These are just a few of the many special pieces saved from the fire at St. James'. Help us preserve a small part of St. James’ history and take home a meaningful treasure for yourself. Every contribution will go towards the Rebuilding.

We couldn't have asked for a nicer day. Last Sunday 150 people turned out for our best Strawberry Social ever. Thanks to everyone who helped make it happen.

The tradition continues this Sunday! Don't miss this delightful afternoon. Meet your friends and neighbors. Fresh strawberries and icecream and cold drinks. End the day with a visit to the church rebuild-in-progress.

The In Sanctuary spirituality program continues at St. James' in July, with Tanja Koch! Tanja's first event is "Acuaromatherapy for calm, clarity, and a re-set you can feel." It takes place July 12, 2026, and will end in time for you to walk across the lawn (feeling very Zen) to join the annual St. James' Strawberry Social.
