The Key to Heaven

Perhaps you struggle with seeing your value or believing in yourself. Maybe you've been told you are not valuable, and you feel limited right now. The truth is you DO have value. You can begin to believe in yourself and see your own wonderful potential.

This week, try one of these four things to start developing your self-worth:

✨ Create a list of good things (things you value) about yourself. Keep it in front of you and remind yourself often.
✨ Remove limiting beliefs that you've just assumed.
✨ Control your self-talk: challenge negative thoughts with positive ones.
✨ Celebrate your small victories.
