We are blessed to Worship freely. But for millions of Christians around the world, following Jesus comes at a cost. Sunday, September 20th we’ll be hearing from Stephen Wesley with Voice of the Martyrs Canada and taking time to remember and pray for our persecuted brothers and sisters in Christ.
Their stories remind us that the church is much bigger than our own community — and that we are called to “remember those in prison as if you were together with them.”— Hebrews 13:3

🙏 Come and hear, learn, pray and stand with our persecuted family around the world. Our service begins at 10am.

Pray with me Church for our Children, Teachers, Helpers and Administrators as they begin their first day of school.
"Lord, Encourage our Teachers often, strengthen their helpers, and guide the administration with wisdom and grace. Give them patience, compassion, and the strength they need as they care for and lead our children.and for our children we pray for a a willing, teachable spirit to learn and grow in wisdom and stature. Help them to be kind, respectful, curious, and eager to learn.
Bless this school year, Lord, and surround our school community with Your peace, protection, and presence."

Luke 2:52 "And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and with people."

If Jesus could do it, so can our kids!!!

John Waller’s “As for Me and My House” reminds us that following Jesus is a choice we make… not only for ourselves, but for our homes and families. Joshua declared, “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord” (Joshua 24:15).
We’ve been talking about what the Jesus way means and it does down to this, “Choosing to live differently.” Because His way is one of love, forgiveness, humility, obedience, and faithfulness. It’s not always the easiest way, but it is always the right way.
Our homes should be places where Jesus is seen, not just talked about. As Deuteronomy 6:6–7 reminds us, we are to keep God’s Word in our hearts and teach it to our children in the everyday moments of life.
Today, may we make the same declaration Joshua made: “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” May our choices, our words, and our relationships point others toward the Jesus way.
