**đźš—đź’™ HERO STATUS: Confirmed (Again!)**
We need to take a moment to give a massive, heartfelt shoutout to Carl Laliberte from Laliberte Auto in Hawkesbury. For the second time, Carl has stepped up in a huge way for a neighbor in need.
Recently, an individual experiencing homelessness and living out of their car came to Centre 440. They were hearing some terrifying clunking sounds while driving and had no idea what to do or how to afford a fix.
We brought them over to see Carl, and he didn't hesitate. He threw the car up on the lift and quickly diagnosed the issue—some broken plastic body panels underneath the engine and around the fender. Carl knocked out a great, quick fix on the spot.
But the story doesn't end there. 🙌 While the car was up on the lift, Carl noticed something much more dangerous: both front tires were dangerously worn down, with the steel wire belts completely showing.
Instead of just highlighting the problem and sending them on their way, Carl stepped up yet again. He has offered to replace both front tires this coming week as soon as the replacements arrive.
The total cost to this driver? Absolutely nothing.
Just a phenomenal local business owner and a stellar citizen doing the right thing for someone going through a tough time.
Carl, your kindness makes our community a better, safer place. Thank you for being such an incredible partner to Centre 440.

**🚗💙 STATUT DE HÉROS : Confirmé (encore une fois !)**
Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement Carl Laliberte de Laliberte Auto à Hawkesbury. Pour la deuxième fois, Carl a fait preuve d'une générosité exceptionnelle envers un voisin dans le besoin.
Récemment, une personne sans domicile fixe, vivant dans sa voiture, s'est présentée au Centre 440. Elle entendait des bruits inquiétants en conduisant et ne savait pas quoi faire ni comment financer les réparations.
On l'a amenée voir Carl, qui n'a pas hésité une seconde. Il a soulevé la voiture sur le pont élévateur et a rapidement diagnostiqué le problème : des panneaux de carrosserie en plastique cassés sous le moteur et autour de l'aile. Carl a effectué une excellente réparation sur place.
Mais l'histoire ne s'arrête pas là . 🙌 Pendant que la voiture était sur le pont, Carl a remarqué quelque chose de bien plus grave : les deux pneus avant étaient dangereusement usés, la carcasse métallique étant complètement apparente.
Au lieu de simplement signaler le problème et de laisser partir le conducteur, Carl a encore une fois fait preuve d'une grande générosité. Il a proposé de remplacer les deux pneus avant la semaine prochaine, dès réception des nouveaux.
Quel est le coût total pour ce conducteur ? Absolument rien.
Un commerçant local exceptionnel et un citoyen exemplaire qui a fait preuve d'une grande générosité envers une personne en difficulté.
