Our Pastors: Pastors Gary and Nancy Hooper

Pastor Gary Hooper is founder and Senior Pastor of New Covenant Ministries. Pastor Gary was saved in 1978 coming out of a life of a drug and alcohol addiction to preach the Word of God. He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior in a drug dependency center where a Gideon shared the love of God with him. As he grew in the Lord, God settled and established him as a Christian businessman. His hunger for the Word of God, and his compassion for people, inspired him to start a church. In 1992, in the living room of their home, Gary along with his wife Nancy, founded New Covenant Ministries with a call to bring people out of religion and into reality, out of tradition and into truth. Gary is an anointed preacher and teacher of the integrity of God’s Word and justification by faith.

"TAKE THE SWORD OF THE SPIRIT!"
Prophetic Utterance by Prophet Dale Begley
Sunday AM September 6th 2026

Take the Sword of the Spirit. Your words shall be sound; placing your feet on solid ground; Turn your life completely around. Yeah, take the Sword of the Spirit, saith the Lord of Hosts and speak words inspired by the Holy Ghost The Sword of the Spirit is your greatest defense. Yay! The words might not even make any sense. But, as you speak inspired by the Spirit man. You'll hold the promise in your hot little hand and live your whole life in the Promise Land.

For the Spirit shall rid you of all doubt; turning your life completely about. But your words must be tender and no longer stout. Yeah, as your sensitive to what this period has to say, it shall navigate your every way. Spoken by the Spirit; the word comes alive, empties you of doubt and unbelief and strife.

Spoken by the Spirit, It cannot be broken; for the Holy Ghost has spoken.

The Holy Ghost has a language of His own. This is the language that's preparing you for your greater home. Yay! For now, you live in a temporary temple. In life seems so hard, but in the Spirit, it's easy and simple.

Yay! For the temple of the Holy Ghost, that's your best house! Yay! Within your spirit, the Spirit does live. His nature and character is to love and to give. But this is your hour to rise up with SWORD power. This is your time to walk in the Divine.

So today, I will sharpen your sword on both edges, saith the Lord of Hosts. And yeah, you shall speak with the power of the Holy Ghost.

(Well, isn't the Lord good!)
