Join us for a special Saturday morning World Mindfulness Day gathering as three community organizations come together to celebrate peace: Mindfulness Hamilton, United Nations Associations in Canada - Hamilton Branch, and The First Unitarian Church of Hamilton.

Tickets: Free!
Children: Welcome! There will be an opportunity for children to have their own mindfulness activity during the morning, as well.

The Garden will be open during the refreshments for a Walking Meditation.

Those new to mindfulness and meditation and those who have been practicing for years are welcome to join us. This is a great chance to connect with others in the mindfulness space, and learn more about other opportunities to practice mindfulness and meditation with others in Hamilton.

This self guided tour will feature 7 native gardens in Kirkendall (West Hamilton) and 7 in Dundas. The gardens range in size from newer smaller gardens to larger award winning gardens. Bloom’s volunteers will be onsite at each property to answer any questions you may have.

The funds raised by the garden tour support the The Stephen Lewis Foundation, which partners with community-led organizations to end AIDS in Africa.
