On this Feast of the Holy Trinity, we celebrate the mystery at the heart of our faith: one God in three Persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. While the Trinity is a mystery beyond our complete understanding, today's Gospel reveals its deepest truth: God is love.

The Father loves the world so completely that He sends His Son. The Son freely gives Himself for our salvation. The Holy Spirit continues to guide, strengthen, and dwell within us. The Trinity is not simply something we believe in—it is a relationship of perfect love into which we are invited.

As we celebrate this feast, let us remember that we are created by the Father, redeemed by the Son, and empowered by the Holy Spirit. May we reflect the love of the Trinity in our families, our parish, and our community.

🙏 Prayer
Holy Trinity—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—draw us ever closer to You. Help us to live as people of faith, hope, and love. May our lives reflect the unity, compassion, and self-giving love that flows from You. Amen.

Reflection Questions
✨ How do I experience the love of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in my life?
✨ How can I reflect God's love more fully in my relationships?

“Peace be with you.”

In Sunday's Gospel, the risen Jesus comes to His disciples in the midst of their fear and uncertainty. His first words are not of disappointment, but of peace. He breathes His Spirit upon them and sends them out with a mission of mercy and forgiveness.

Just as He sent them, He sends us, to bring peace into a world that often feels anxious and divided, and to be instruments of His love and reconciliation.

Where do I need to receive Jesus’ peace in my life today?
How can I share His peace and forgiveness with others?

“Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations…”

In Sunday's Gospel, Jesus sends His disciples out with a mission to share His love, His truth, and His hope with the world. This call isn’t just for them, it’s for us too.

We are invited to live our faith boldly: in our homes, our schools, our workplaces, and our communities. Through simple acts of kindness, words of encouragement, and lives rooted in love, we become witnesses of Christ.

And we are never alone in this mission. Jesus promises: “I am with you always, until the end of the age.”

Where is Jesus calling me to share His love today?
How can I be a disciple in my everyday life?

“If you love me, you will keep my commandments.”

In this Sunday's Gospel, Jesus connects love with action. Loving Him isn’t just something we say—it’s something we live. Every act of kindness, forgiveness, and compassion is a way of showing our love for Him.

Jesus also promises we are never alone: “I will not leave you orphans.” He sends us the Holy Spirit to guide, strengthen, and remind us that He is always with us.

How am I showing my love for Jesus through my choices each day?
Where do I need to listen more closely to the Holy Spirit?

“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You have faith in God; have faith also in me.”

This Sunday's Gospel, Jesus reminds us that we are never alone. Even in moments of uncertainty or fear, He calls us to trust—trust that He is preparing a place for us, guiding us, and walking with us every step of the way.

Where is God asking me to trust Him more deeply today?
How can I be a sign of hope and reassurance to someone who is struggling?
