A monthly prayer gathering for anyone who would like to discover Jesus in fresh ways through a variety of prayer expressions. Together, we will practice resting in the loving presence of God by way of breath prayers, lectio divina, silence, and much more. In this quiet place we will seek to find a deeper connection with Jesus and others. Join us for our gathering this Sunday, October 18th

We exist as a church for more than ourselves. Jesus taught us that loving God and loving our neighbours are inseparable. We can't truly love God without loving others.

So, who is my neighbour? Jesus shifts the question from who qualifies as my neighbour to whether you are willing to be one. That's part of what it means to go ALL IN.

Alpha has started, but it’s not too late to join us.

If you’ve been thinking about coming but didn’t make it to the first week, you’re still very welcome. Alpha is designed to be an open, relaxed space where you can explore questions about life, faith and Jesus through dinner, a short video, and conversation with others.

You don’t need to catch up, and you don’t need to know what you believe before you come.

Want to get more connected at Westside this season? Serving is a great place to start.

There are lots of ways to get involved, whether you're into music, kids and youth, hospitality, prayer, tech, or simply curious to try something new.

Serving can be a great way to meet people, use your gifts, learn something new, and become more connected to the life of the church.

You don’t need to have it all figured out or be an expert. Just bring a willingness to jump in.

Over 2 million people tried Alpha last year. Maybe this is the year you do too.

Alpha is a place to explore questions about life, faith and Jesus in a relaxed setting with other people. Each week includes dinner, a short video, and honest conversation — with room to ask questions, disagree, share what you think, or simply listen.

You don’t need to know what you believe, and there’s no pressure to have the “right” answers.

Alpha starts at Westside Hamilton on Wednesday, October 7 and runs weekly through December 9.

Jesus' power didn't come from hustle, it came from deep connection. He withdrew to quiet places to pray, anchor himself in purpose, and experience his Father's love. Some things in life simply cannot be rushed. In a world obsessed with efficiency, what if we slowed down instead?
