December 6th is Canada’s National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women. We remember these women, murdered this day thirty-six years ago today. We remember too many others who have been harmed and killed by gender-based violence. As we remember and pray, we promise to never commit, excuse, or remain silent about violence against women.
