Our Discovery Bible Study (Thursdays, 11:30-12:15) with Rev Monica continues weekly in the Spence Room. Come to the link door between the Cathedral and the Old Schoolhouse to enter. This is a chance to study the Bible in community using a participant-focused method of reading Scripture together, and all are welcome on a drop-in basis. Check it out!

Digging Deeper on Sundays from 12:15-1:15 (following the main Sunday service) is a chance to talk about the Sunday readings and sermon. Bring your thoughts and questions. Everyone welcome.

Everyone is also welcome Wednesdays at 11:30 when the Holy Eucharist (Communion) is celebrated in the Cathedral. Please join us.

- the ability to distinguish weeds from perennials
- the physical ability to kneel, stoop, bend, and lift/carry bags of soil, mulch, etc
- ability to work as a team member with church volunteers
- satisfactory police check prior to commencing work (cost will be reimbursed if the successful candidate does not have one).

Hours are flexible, but it would be helpful if the assistant could work on Thursday mornings from about 09:30-noon when Cathedral gardening volunteers are present. Gardening implements and supplies are available.

Wage is $25/hour before statutory deductions, paid by direct deposit once a month. Position description available on request. Forward cover letter and resume including gardening experience to [email protected], and include Garden Assistant in the subject line.
