The Director of Mission and Ministry Development supports the Diocesan Bishop and the Anglican Diocese of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island — its lay people and clergy, and parishes — in their efforts to fulfill God’s Mission. This is principally through membership in the Diocesan Leadership Team; facilitating the development of healthy congregations, various ministry arrangements in which to b

uild greater capacity to live into the Marks of Mission, faith formation, discipleship and leadership development.
