This week in our "Issachar" series we will be considering the road of modern technology that has lead us to Artificial Intelligence (AI). Whether or not AI will instigate an economic or societal apocalypse may not be what is most important to Christians. Rather we should think biblically how all technology dehumanizes and disembodies us by its very use, and how God would have us embrace His plan for rehumanizing, reintegrating and redeeming our lost humanity.

We are human beings, not human doings. If we outsource what we are doing we may also be outsourcing what we are becoming.
