The Eyes of the Lord — Proverbs 15:3
“The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.” Proverbs 15:3 (KJV)
Devotional Thought
The verse reminds us that God is always watching—not to trap us, but to guide, redeem, and restore. His attentive gaze sees the hidden corners of our hearts and the public paths of our days. When you feel unseen, remember: you are fully known by a loving Father who desires truth in the inward parts.
To Reflect Upon:
-What hidden motives or thoughts do you need to bring into the light of prayer today?
-Take a moment to confess and surrender them to God.
In your daily routine, how can you live with more integrity knowing God is always watching?
-Choose one practical step you can take today (be honest in a conversation, forgive someone, or choose patience in a tense moment).
Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for Your constant, vigilant presence. Your eyes see me completely—the joys, the struggles, the hidden places I try to hide. Please cleanse my heart, renew my mind, and empower me to walk in truth. Help me to reflect Your goodness in every situation, and guard my steps from evil. Let Your light shine through me today, so others may see Your love and seek You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
