We offer meditation classes, courses, retreats and prayers to Guelph and the surrounding area. We offer classes on modern Buddhism and meditation.

Avalokiteshvara Kadampa Buddhist Centre is a member of the New Kadampa Tradition - International Buddhist Union. In our classes, we teach the ancient wisdom of Buddha but in a clear and practical presentation so that everyone can improve the quality of their life and develop inner peace. We are located at 143 Wyndham St N Suite 203 in Guelph, ON. Classes consists of two guided meditations and a te

aching to help us solve our daily problems, let go of negative minds and find happiness from within our own mind. A beautiful Kadampa Dharma Celebration in Montreal where Canadians across Canada gathered to receive the empowerment of Buddha Prajnaparamita from Gen-la Khyenrab with teachings on the Heart Sutra. All was followed with a powerful retreat meditating on the four profundities of the Heart Sutra with Gen Chodor. Such a wonderful weekend in Montreal!
