Come watch the big game! Sunday morning. 8am. In the lounge at FBCG.

Community has many forms. It looks different in different places and at different times. Tomorrow morning Team Canada plays for Olympic hockey gold and we think that’s worth celebrating in community! So come to church early! The game will be on in the Lounge. You can bring your own coffee or get some here! Bring some morning treats or get some here. We’ll have a bit of a continental breakfast and come together and cheer on the team in their quest for gold!

The game may not be over by 10am, when we normally start our gathering upstairs, so we may start a bit late depending on the score and the status of the game. We’ll just be a bit flexible. It’ll be a party!

See you in the morning! Go Canada Go!

We hope you will join us for an evening filled with music and stories, featuring the Guelph Guild of Storytellers, our own musicians and a special appearance by Eramosa Suzuki Strings. The song referenced is The Lord's Prayer and you can listen to it through the Livestream. Our Livestream will look different this morning as those joining us in person will be moving through different activities to explore different ways of approaching The Lord's Prayer.
