✨ Another meaningful Confirmation preparation session with our youth! ✨

This week, our candidates reflected on a beautiful truth: God loves us unconditionally - through our mistakes, imperfections, and struggles - and continually calls us closer to Him.

They also explored the power of prayer and reflection, and what it means to have a personal conversation with God. 🙏

As part of the evening, the youth wrote down their prayer intentions and experienced a special moment reading heartfelt letters from their parents, grandparents, siblings, and sponsors. These messages of love, encouragement, and faith were a strong reminder that they are supported on their journey.

Please keep our Confirmation candidates in your prayers as they continue to grow in faith and prepare to fully receive the gifts of the Holy Spirit. ❤️🕊️

Another wonderful Confirmation session with our youth! ✨

This week, our candidates reflected on what it means to be a light of Christ in their schools, sports teams, friendships, and families. Together, we explored how the Holy Spirit calls each of us to live our faith boldly and share God’s love wherever we go.

We also learned about the important symbols of the Sacrament of Confirmation:
🕊️ Oil (Sacred Chrism) – the gift and strength of the Holy Spirit
💧 Water – new life and our connection to Baptism
✝️ Cross – following Christ with faith and courage
🕯️ Candle – being the light of Christ in the world

As part of their journey, our candidates were also invited to choose their Confirmation name by selecting a saint whose life and faith can inspire them in their own walk with Christ.

Please continue to pray for our Confirmation candidates as they grow in faith and prepare to fully receive the gifts of the Holy Spirit! 🙏

Last night we held our 2nd Confirmation preparation session with our young people, and it was a beautiful evening of learning, reflection, and growing in faith.

During the session, the youth explored the importance of the white garment at Baptism and what it represents as a sign of new life in Christ.

We also spent time discussing the Holy Trinity — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — and deepened our understanding of who Jesus is and His great love for us.

The youth also learned about the importance and role of a Confirmation sponsor, and how sponsors are called to support, guide, and encourage them in their faith journey.

Please continue to keep them in your prayers as they grow closer to God and prepare to receive the gifts of the Holy Spirit. 🙏
