Stake Conference Schedule Change

Due to the expected arrival time of Elder Wolsey the leadership training meeting that was to begin at 1pm has been moved to 7pm.

All other meetings will keep the same schedule. Youth 10am, and Adult Session 3:30-5:30pm.

Dinner will still be at 5:30pm .After dinner the leadership training meeting will be from 7pm-9pm.

This leadership training meeting is for all those in Presidencies of all organizations and Bishoprics.

Stake Conference Weekend

Elder Travis Wolsley of the Seventy will be attending our Stake Conference on Saturday 18th and 19th.

As part of this Conference he will be training leaders in our afternoon leadership training on the 18th at 1pm and the Adult session at 3:30pm.

In preparation for these meetings Elder Wolsley has asked that you study the attached documents (in the email sent from the stake). In addition he has asked that you are prepared to answer the following questions:

#1-Ward Councils to be prepared to share what is being done in their wards to help people attend sacrament meetings.

#2 -Ward Missionary Coordination Councils to be prepared to teach what a missionary coordination meeting is, who attends, what their agenda looks like and how they unite with missionaries to help people on the covenant path.

#3 Ward RS and EQ presidencies to be prepared to share what they are finding is helpful in making ministering a success in their ward.
