Stan has gone electric, and is selling of his VW Beetle. Once again his generosity shines through with his offer to donate $500 from the sale of the car to sponsor 5 'Seniors Social Outings' to McDonald's.

What is a 'Seniors Social Outing?' you ask. Glad you asked ~ FaithWorks Ministry pays transportation plus snacks and beverages for 6 seniors from our retirement and care communities to join our pastor and a volunteer at McDonalds for a social outing. While at McDonalds we simply enjoy good company and lots of laughs. It is simply a social opportunity in a different setting from the everyday. And don't we all enjoy meeting up with friends for coffee and conversation?

If you would like more information of the VW Beetle, please contact Stan Hunter @ 705-641-0152
If you would like more information on our seniors programming, how you can volunteer, or how you can support our work financially, please contact Pastor Glynis Faith 705-644-0259

Before heading off to deliver the Seabird Tern to its new owner, Stan generously donated 1/3 of the sale price to FaithWorks Ministries.
Stan knows the value of the work we do at FaithWorks, as he has served as a director for the past 2 years and shared his talents leading worship music for a variety of our programs. Last year Stan volunteered his voice to help lead Christmas Eve worship services at Muskoka Shores in the afternoon and The Manor at Gravenhurst in the evening.
Thank you Stan for adding worship, joy, and opportunities in the lives of our Vintage Senior population in Muskoka.

Repurpose or Restore . . . this beauty displays the past craftsmanship of antique boats that Muskoka is known for.

Residents enjoy welcoming guests, especially when there is a market to browse. Come on out on Saturday from 1:30 - 3:30 - buy a yummy baked treat or two - check out the racks of affordable clothing - and if you are looking for something unique you will find it at the vintage tables.
Oh, and don't forget to buy a bottle of jam, because every bottle you buy, we give a senior a 125ml complimentary bottle.
Find a treasure, enjoy a treat and do a good deed, all in less than an hour.
See you at the market.

A comical reminder for donations - check pockets so you don't donate any family heirlooms - donate clean undamaged clothing.
THANK YOU for donating.
