This Sunday, we revive our practice of pre-service prayer, open to all to come as we prepare our hearts and invite the Holy Spirit to have dominion over our gathering.

Also, we look forward to another new practice: a monthly Global Missions update from Terry.

See you Sunday!

IYKYK

When two thirds of your regular church family shows up on a Wednesday night at the river to celebrate two new believers getting baptized who couldn't make it to the Sunday morning baptism service a couple weeks back... That's how you know your church family really is a FAMILY.

There's room for you!

Extra chairs are out today so there's plenty of space for you.

With the fog out there this morning, I am reminded of the plentiful voices claiming truth and meaning in the world, but at the end of the day all of us discover that there is only one truth and only one God. The light of his truth will break through the fog and bring true meaning and life to you.

Hey family,

Tomorrow is our Baptism and Potluck service at O'Brien Park on the Wapiti River south of the city. The service will start at 11:00am.

What to bring:
1. Potluck dish
2. Lawn chairs
3. Bug spray (there are reports of lots of little flies present on site)

If you're getting baptized (or helping to baptize someone), bring a second set of clothes and towel.

If you're not able to attend on Sunday, but would still like to get baptized, we're going to be planning a second mid-week baptism service soon. Stay tuned!

See you tomorrow!
