Let us welcome Cyana, our new Receptionist and Administrative Assistant who will be joining our Chancery Team on September 9, 2026.

Cyana brings a background in customer service and administration, along with a genuine passion for helping people feel welcome and supported. She enjoys learning new things and connecting with others.

Outside of work, Cyana loves spending time with her family and being actively involved in her community. We’re thrilled to have her on board and wish her all the best in this new professional chapter!

The Archdiocese of Grouard-McLennan would like to welcome to our Chancery team Catalina Lara San Martin as our new Communications Officer.

Catalina Lara came to Grande Prairie almost a year ago from Chile 🇨🇱 where she spent 19 years as a journalist in both the public and private sector.

Catalina and her family are active parishioners at St Joseph’s parish in Grande Prairie.

Our New Archbishop, Most Rev. Charles Duval, CSsR. presided over the events for the first time. Fr. Leo Ene, the Dean of Deanery 5 was also present with his Legion of Mary Choir including Sr. Rose Kong. God bless them and all who attended from far and near.

We would like to especially recognize Jay and Susan Johnson and their team for being at the forefront of the local organizing committee for the past 15 years. We pray that God strengthen them.
