The Church of The Resurrection is looking for a reliable, caring individual to help keep our building clean, safe, and ready for worship and community programs.
Hours: Weekday mornings, 4-5 hours/day (20–25 hrs/week)
Wage: $16.50/hr

Key Responsibilities: Sweeping, vacuuming & mopping, Washroom cleaning & restocking, Garbage collection, Play Park cleaning, Light maintenance, Event setup, Building security checks, Other tasks as required.
Requirements: Reliable & able to work independently, Attention to detail, Good communication, This position requires standing, bending, light lifting, and routine cleaning tasks.
Criminal record check, vulnerable sector check & confidentiality agreement required

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY IN GRAND BAY-WESTFIELD

The Anglican Church of The Resurrection is seeking a mature, self-motivated, independent worker to ensure the building is kept clean, sanitary, ready for worship services and all other activities. This role also involves light maintenance, security duties and event set ups as well as other tasks.

Duties will include but not be limited to sweeping, vacuuming, mopping of floors and entryways (X2 Weekly), washroom cleaning, garbage collection, and Play Park cleaning. A more detailed job description will be discussed during the interview process.

This is a 20-25 hour per week opportunity at the rate of $16 per hour.

A criminal record check, a vulnerable sector check and a confidentiality agreement will be required for the successful candidate.
