Major Lisa was invited to C4 Gander for their “Connecting with Your Community” night at Conversation Cafe! She had an opportunity to present- speaking on what The Salvation Army in Gander has to offer in supports to our Community. It was a great evening connecting with people in our community and discovering other helpful resources that are available.

This Thanksgiving, may we look beyond what we have and recognize the goodness of the One who provides.

Gratitude isn’t about having everything; it’s about recognizing God’s presence in everything.
In the blessings we celebrate, the challenges that strengthen us, and the people who walk beside us, we find countless reasons to give thanks.

Church family, may we carry grateful hearts, open hands, and generous spirits—not just this Thanksgiving, but every day. And as we have received God’s goodness, may we become a blessing to someone else.
