THANK YOU

On behalf of the Fundraising Committee, I would like to thank everyone for their contributions to our Christmas event. A big thank you is extended to our parishioners and former parishioners who generously gave the following: goods for our bake table, bingo prizes, card game prizes and monetary donations.
Another great big thank you goes out to all the volunteers who showed up at the Parish Hall. They were diligently at work on Thursday thoroughly cleaning the hall, washing all the dishes and checking everything to ensure we had what was required. Thank you to those who showed up on Friday to decorate, set up and stay around until 7:00 p.m. waiting for those who were dropping off baked goods and grab bags. And, of course, thank you to the volunteers on Saturday who made our event a success.
Thank you, Veronica Jeans who, as she does for all our fundraisers, donated a piece of her handiwork which she sold on tickets, this time a beautiful chair pillow for Christmas (won by our very own Rose).
And lastly, but certainly not least, a big thank you to the people of Gambo who always come out to support our events.
The total amount cleared for this event was $2800.00.
