Happy Pastor Appreciation Day! 🤍

Today, we take a moment to honour and appreciate our wonderful Pastors! Not just today, but every day, we are so thankful for their hearts, dedication, and faithful service to the Lord and His people.

Thank you for the countless sacrifices you make, the prayers you pray, the love you pour out, and the way you faithfully lead and serve. Your labour of love does not go unnoticed, and we are so blessed to have you!

Help us show our Pastors some love today! Leave a note of encouragement or appreciation in the comments below! 🫶🏼

Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we remember the children who were taken from their families and communities, honour Survivors, and hold space for the grief and lasting effects carried by families and generations.

One of our pastors attended one of the last Indian day schools to operate in Canada, which remained open until 1995. Their experience reminds us that these histories are not distant or forgotten, they have touched people and families in our own communities.

May we listen to Indigenous voices, learn the truth, and continue the work of reconciliation with humility, compassion, and commitment.
