A bittersweet moment this morning as we said goodbye for now to Rev. Elizabeth Kidnew and her husband, Al (represented today by Al). They are moving to London to be closer to family and the supports they need. Rev. Kidnew was minister of our congregation from 1995 to 2002, and in full retirement the Kidnews came back to be members of our church. God bless and Godspeed.

Thinking of the Barrett and Daw families as we remember our beloved Barbara, organist emerita at the Kirk.
Her kindness and quiet support, her concern and interest showed itself in so many ways over the years, and for congregation members of all ages. There was nothing better for a five-year-old (or 45-year-old) than receiving a hand written card and box of Smarties from Barb. ❤️
A Celebration of Life takes place at the Kirk on Thursday, July 16.
