Before and after… left, lovely Thanksgiving decorations reminding us of the blessings we have in harvest time, and right, accompanied shortly after by the wonderful donations of our church family for those who may not always have what they need. 🙏🍁🥫🧴

We’re planning ahead for another season on the farm and keeping an eye out for a few pieces of used livestock equipment. We’re always happy to put good equipment back to work rather than buying new when we don’t need to. Our wish list includes:

• Hay feeder for cattle, large enough to hold 2–3 small square bales
• Small gravity boxes (anywhere from one to three)
• Small feed silo
• Farm gates of all sizes (they don’t need to be in hanging condition, as we’ll be using them as stationary panels)
• Cow chute

If you have something on this list that you’re ready to sell, or know someone who does, please contact David at [email protected]. We’d love to give some well-used farm equipment its next job!

We interrupt your regularly scheduled scrolling for some very important holiday business. 🎄🎁

Yes, the rumors are true... The Christmas Market on Canboro is back, and it is the one place on Earth where calories don’t count, your aunt’s handmade knitted reindeer find a loving home, and nobody asks you to volunteer for the parking committee.

Come for the crafts, stay for the hot c***r that could melt an iceberg, and leave with baked goods that will make you forget your New Year's resolutions a full month early!

🗓️ When: Saturday November 21, 2026
⏰ Time: 9:00am to 2:00pm
📍Where: Pelham Community Church - 461 Canboro Rd, Fenwick ON
⛄Why: Because shopping local beats fighting mall traffic in your pajamas, and supporting community outreach feels even better than the third cup of hot cocoa.

Bring your friends, bring your family, and bring your sweet tooth. See you under the tinsel! ✨

Thinking of the Barrett and Daw families as we remember our beloved Barbara, organist emerita at the Kirk.
Her kindness and quiet support, her concern and interest showed itself in so many ways over the years, and for congregation members of all ages. There was nothing better for a five-year-old (or 45-year-old) than receiving a hand written card and box of Smarties from Barb. ❤️
A Celebration of Life takes place at the Kirk on Thursday, July 16.

View Barbara Anne Daw's obituary, contribute to their memorial, see their funeral service details, and more.
