In tribute to the great artist, and human being, Alex Janvier. The sweeping canvas, Sky Talk, hangs in the great hall of South Rutherford on at the University of Alberta-North Campus, Janvier's answer' to the romanticizing of colonial history depicted in a mural opposite. Worth contemplating.

Came across this on the U of A North Campus. Appreciated the care put into the Guidelines for expressing free speech. I join with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada in praying for the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jordan and the Holy Land, and echo the statements found here: https://elcic.ca/holy-land/
