"Ashes to Go!" This Ash Wednesday, the beginning of the season of Lent, receive the ashes in the sign of a cross on your forehead as you go about your day on campus. Rick Mast and I will be set up at the south entrance of the South Academic Building (SAB) 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

“Ashes to Go” is about bringing spirit, belief, and belonging out from behind church doors, and into the places where we go every day. It’s a simple event with deep meaning, drawing on centuries of tradition and worship to provide a contemporary moment of grace.
