Pandit Yadav Ram Jha is a renowned priest in Alberta. He has been performing various Karmakanda rituals for more than 30 years. Currently, he is a t priest in the Hindu Society of Alberta . Along with his spiritual practice he is also a former banker who served at Nepal Bank Limited for over 30 years.
Jyotish and Vastu Consultant Surendra Raj Acharya : Astrologer Surendra Raj Acharya practices Nakshatra Jyotish also known as Krishnamurthy Jyotish. He learnt Jyotish from Bhairav Jyotish Kendra , Butwal, Nepal with the Honorable Jyotish Laxman Bhandari and from KB International Institute of KP Astrology with the Honorable Guru Kanak Bosmia. He is a certified Vastu Consultant from Futuretek Institue of Astrological Science through Jyotish Visharad Sunil Dixit.
Before delving into the realm of Astrology he was an Assistant Professor of Management in various colleges, to name them, Islington College ( London Metropolitan University ), PCPS college ( University of Bedfordshire), LBEF Campus ( Asia Pacific University , Malaysia ), Xavier College ( Tribhuwan University ). He holds MBA from School of Business and Law ( University of Gloucestershire) , BA (Hons) in Business Studies from London School of Commerce (Cardiff Metropolitan University) and Bachelor in Law (LLB) from Tribhuwan University.Formerly he was also associated with Prince of Songkla University, HatyaI Thailand as a Research scholar.

What is Astrology ?
Every human being in this world are bound by their karma from many lives. Their own Karma manifests their every circumstances. Astrology is the divine science to identify the karmic pattern you have brought from your own karma through innumerable lives. Everything that happens is a Karmic results that can be observed through planetary motions and stars which can be profoundly illustrated through planetary positions.
If everything happens from our own karma, then what is the use of Astrology ?
Undoubtedly, from birth till death our life is totally manisfisted by our past karma which is hugely influenced from planets and stars. Astrology helps not just to predict life events but also helps to identify your main purpose of life.
Is not there a luck or bhagya ?
You might have seen many people who are very lucky and by puting minimal effort they tend to gain more than people who work effortlessly. Certainly there is something called bhagya but the most important thing to note is that it is also based on your karma. Those bhagyamaani people might have done meritorious deeds in their past. So if they stop doing good karma what ever merits from past have been brought once its done life starts becoming miserable again . If we are influenced from planets and stars is there a free will ?
Free will does exist but within the limitation of Prarabdhic Karma. For instance , we can say that based on our prarabdha we have given a karmic cup with what ever we want to do.So, whether you wander to ocean , a river , a lake or a sewage all you can do is to fill your cup to its full capacity or to empty the remaining content on it. So , the most important thing is whether you intent to fill your cup or to throw is totally based on your free will.It is our free will to seek the source where we would like to fill or empty our cup. Your natal chart signifies what size of cup you are bestowed with and what you can do with a cup can be seen from your planetary motions and stars. Furthermore, astrology helps you to get best out of that cup and eventually this will manifest your future karmic pattern.
Why Nakshatra Paddhati is important ?
Nakshatra paddhati AKA Krishnamurhty Paddhati evolved with the profound research conducted by Pro KS Krishnamurthy. In a traditional astrology he found that without including Nakshatras precise predictions cannot be made. He emphasized if Bimsottari Dasha system itself is followed from the nakshatra where moon is placed during the birth then how can we ignore nakshatras of other eight planets and eventually he formulated sub lord theory which is the biggest achievement in the field of astrology.
Does remedies work?
In KP astrology is not emphasised with a great significance. It is said that remedies can develop a mental peace for certain period of time but the events cannot be changed at all. In a traditional astrology puja hawans are found to be pervasive. For example if one is destined to meet an accident then with these pujas hawans can definitely minimise its impact only to a certain extent but the entire event canno be changed whatsoever. For example , they make content based on transit and predict these signs will have a good fortune in this particular transit. How absurd it is ? Without analysing a detailed chart one cannot predict a single thing. Secondly, even astrologers are found to be calling themselve not lesser than a God and provoking certain remedies that have no significance at all.
