🐄🐖🐐 What a Wonderful Sunday at West End CRC! 🍦❤️

Following worship, we enjoyed a delicious ice cream social filled with conversation, laughter, and fellowship. Thank you to everyone who helped organize, serve, and attend. It’s always a blessing to spend time together as a church family.

We also celebrated the incredible generosity shown through our Fill the Barnyard campaign in support of World Renew. Our congregation responded in a big way, helping provide livestock, training, and sustainable food sources for families around the world.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated, prayed, volunteered, and supported this project. Your generosity will have a lasting impact on families and communities for years to come.

Moments like these remind us that the church is more than a building - it’s people coming together to share joy, support one another, and make a difference in God’s world.

Happy Father’s Day! 💙

Today we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, mentors, and father figures who faithfully show up for those they love.

Thank you for the lessons taught through everyday moments, the encouragement offered when it’s needed most, the sacrifices made behind the scenes, and the steady presence that helps guide families and communities.

We are grateful for the men who reflect God’s love through patience, wisdom, compassion, and service. Your impact reaches farther than you may ever know.

We also recognize that Father’s Day can be difficult for some. Today we pray for those who are grieving, those longing for reconciliation, those who have lost a father, and those who carry a fatherly role in the lives of others. May God’s peace and comfort surround you.

Fill a Barnyard is happening TODAY!

The farmer is ready. We’re ready. Are you?

Today, we have the opportunity to make a real difference in a family’s life through World Renew’s Whole Barnyard Project. Together, we are working to raise $3,415 to provide:

🐐 10 goats
🐷 8 pigs + 4 piglets
🦆 25 ducks
🐰 15 rabbits
🐓 50 chickens + 5 roosters
🌱 Farmer training and support

These animals provide more than food—they provide better nutrition, a stable source of income, self-sufficiency, and hope for the future.

Every gift helps us get closer to filling the barnyard and changing a family’s story.

The barnyard is coming together, but we’re still missing a few animals!

Next Sunday, all offerings will go toward helping a family receive livestock and farm training through our Fill a Barnyard campaign. Our goal is $3,415, and every gift will be doubled thanks to a generous matching donation.

Keep your eyes open for rabbits hiding around the church and start thinking about how you can help fill the barnyard! 🌾🐄🐐🐓

The big day is almost here!

On June 21, our entire congregation will come together to help purchase an entire barnyard of animals, along with valuable farm training for a family in need.

This is a wonderful opportunity for all ages to make a meaningful difference and help provide sustainable support that can change a family’s future.

Our goal is $3,415, and with God’s blessing and the generosity of our church family, we can get there together!
