Hussaini Canadian Educational & Cultural Association of Edmonton was founded and registered in
2009 as a non-profit religious organization.At present, our association is comprised of more than 50 families,
who have their roots in South Asia. In order to accommodate our growing Shia population and for the purpose of
advancement of our religious activities, HCECA of Edmonton acquired the current l

Nowadays YouTube becomes a defacto video publishing platform for an entire world. And this pandemic forced us to move everything including our Azadari on virtual medium.

*But sometimes our children and elders exposed to YouTube's recommended videos which are completely off and obscene.*

*HCECA PROGRAMS AUG09, 2021*
First Ashra e Muharram 1443AH, Majalis Program at HCECA from Mon Aug09, 2021 at 7:30pm:
Molana Dr. Syed Amer Abbas Jaferi will be reciting first ashra e Muharram Majalis at HC from Tue Aug10, 2021.
The daily majlis program starts at 7:30pm with Hadees e kisa followed by Marsiya, Molana Speech, and Matam.
Momineen and mominaat are requested to attend.
NOTE: Muharram chand raat majlis on monday Aug09 will be a video speech, Ashura day program will be communicated later.

*Few Reminders for Attending in-person Majalis at the Hussaini Center*
Assalam Alaikum respected momineen and mominat,

Moharram 1443 is upon us. Alhamdulilallah we are holding in-person majalis at the Center starting tonight. As we commemorate this unparalleled sacrifice of Imam Hussain a.s., please be mindful of the following changes regarding entrance to the Imambargah and safety precautions.

Please note regular entrance to the Center is closed. Instead we have a separate entrance on bit north. Important: please note it is only right-in right-out. So anyone coming from Ellerslie Road may have to come around 71 Street. When exiting the Center, please note no left turn allowed.
Please make sure to wear mask during majlis and keep social distance.
If you are not feeling well, please do not come to the Center.
We have masks and sanitizer at the Center if you require one.
Please come ba-wazu to the Center.
We have designated volunteers who will advise you of the parking. Please follow their directions.
