Any group or ministry that requires its members to submit everything that they do in their lives for advice and direction is fostering an unhealthy dependence on leadership. Reliance on the Lord Jesus, the Shepherd of the sheep, is sabotaged. The Lord grows less and less in the eyes of the people He died to redeem, while the pastor or leader becomes greater and greater. John the Baptist declared, “He, the Lord Jesus Christ, must increase, and I, John, must decrease.” This undermining of the Lord is subtle. It starts with encouraging members to seek direction or “God’s Word for their lives” until it eventually reaches a stage where believers cannot make independent decisions for their own lives. Believers who do not conform to this control and manipulation can have curses rained upon them. If you are in such a group, Beloved child of God, FLEE. Do not fear their threats. Proverbs 26:2, A causeless curse shall not alight. Stay Blessed!!

Deut. 6:7-9 Fix these words of Mine in your hearts and minds, tie them as reminders on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Teach them to your children, speaking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Write them on the doorposts of your houses and your gates. Thank God for the re-establishment of the Family Altars even though it is COVID-19 that forced it upon us. Let us pray for all families that they will be found faithful in carrying out this commission.

Beloved, We know we are children of God. We know we are healed by His stripes and we know we have angels watching out for us in all our ways. Yet the same Bible tells us to obey civil authorities. "Submit yourselves for the Lord's sake to every human institution, whether to a king as the one in authority, or to governors as sent by Him for the punishment of evildoers and the praise of those who do right. (Peters 2:13-17)
Please obey the rules regarding the COVID19 set in place by the Civil Authorities. Don't be caught in presumptuous sin that will put your life and that of your family in danger, or bring reproach to the Name of Jesus or to the Church of Jesus Christ. On the Passover night, Moses instructed that no one goes out of his house until morning. Moses called for a "Lockdown"
